Reviews (208)so I paid a good amount of money with this seller and they were all cards I really wanted.. unfortunately there were a lot of flaws on most of the cards that you couldn't see on the stream. Had a very...fast.. way of showing the cards and I should've asked to see them out of the top loaders but I took his word when he said "These are all very minty" "These are all very clean". what made this situation worse was i paid a near mint price for all of these cards and that is a major loss for me for i am also a streamer and cant sell these at near mint price. I just now sent the cards back for a full refund and from what I see on reviews... this has happened a number of times on this sellers streams. Very unprofessional way of showing the cards and shipping took very long. My favorite streamers always have new inventory love buying fast shipping always 💯 Great deal. Awesome seller. Packaged fine and arrived in timely fashion even with east coast blizzard in mind that happened over Sunday-Monday.
So I will say this, this will likely be my last time I purchase cards from pokevault which is disappointing since I had pleasant experience purchasing cards early on. But December 2025 things went south.
Again received cards where all of them had conditions I couldn’t see on stream but again in-hand very clear there were issues condition.
It’s really important for the person who is showing card to be transparent and upfront with condition he can clearly see in-hand. Makes for much better experience and builds trust. Saying omg this is the most cleanest “fill in the blank” pokemon card you will see is meaningless.
Don’t hype it just describe card honestly of whatever issues so I know upfront what i will be getting inhand.
The condition issues are obvious inhand but hard/impossible to see clearly on stream unless the card is in terrible/dmged condition. Card was said to be near mint but when it came in it was absolutely cooked, basically a damaged card Card came in a folded piece of cardboard not much protected and item was damaged The card I got from what was shown on stream are not even close to the same. Disappointing seeing as I have bought from them before. I did contact them but haven’t heard back yet. great arrived in mint condition! I bought two high end cards and both arrived with major, undisclosed damage. Keep in mind these cards are sold by them as near mint at the current market price.
The first card was over $400. The seller used his thumb to conceal a severely damaged corner on the card.
I then bought another described as “super good condition” and “near mint.” When it arrived, it had a crease running straight down the center of the card, the kind of damage anyone would notice if it were shown properly.
It’s extremely concerning how they present cards and how confidently they make claims about condition while hiding major defects. And if you look at how they talk to customers, their attitude is basically it's your problem now. Love the streamers always buying love there always updating there inventory fast shipping always 💯 Pokemon Card shipped and arrived quickly. Packaged well.
My issue was this card at the time of stream was described as NM. In hand right away it is not. I would describe it pretty easily LP maybe even MP. The best eyes are always going to be the person seeing it in-hand and showing the card on stream. While I only paid $35 plus shipping for the card if I knew the card’s true condition I would have either passed or negotiated the price down to $15-20.
Just asking that whoever is showing the card on stream to do better job at looking at the card themselves to describe the card and its issues. Not asking for someone to be professional grader as I’m certainly not either but the issues with card are obvious. Thank you so much! Message me if you come across more vintage! You think atleast at a minimum put cardboard to prevent bending. Slab received very damaged 3 chipped corners messaged and haven’t recieved an answer yet.
