In the show if I’m purchasing my custom order will be included in my shipping OF THIS ORDER. I have sent seller multiple messages and have not recieved an answer back; which really stinks behauze the quality for the product is perfect but the customer service side is by far lacking. Definitely disappointed. I am so sorry you feel that way. I do want to clarify the item was not paid for and I was going to let you pay for it in the bin and add to your order as a courtesy to save you the shipping. Did I miss your messages yes…that is on me. My son has had some medical issues and I have not been checking my inbox like I should have but not one order that was paid has not been shipped. Lesson learned though I will not offer to ship anything that is not purchased in the show to help with shipping cost. Sorry you are disappointed….I’m disappointed with this review.
