Having it sent looking like it was step on before it was sent, if it was such a bother, a message stating you weren’t able to send one would have been appreciated This has only happened one other time, and it was due to carrier handling. The mask was in perfect condition when shipped. Out of hundreds of masks and samples, this is only the second time this has happened. In the previous situation, I went above and beyond by sending additional items to make it right. My bio specifically asks buyers to email me with questions or concerns so I can address them directly. I’m always willing to work with buyers, but implying I was careless without contacting me first is unfair.
