She decided not to send half of my shipment. She sent me a picture of a poppy missing the story patch, like I don’t know Coach!!! Nothing I bought has a poppy story patch. I bought a hobo, a camera bag an Ashley wallet and a bunch of name tags!!!! I received 3 items that were in horrible condition and I even sent her a message where is the rest of my items? With appreciation on what I did get… which was trash. Beware of this seller if you don’t bid it up, you won’t get it! Period! She shipped the label to scan for delivered.Wow.. I’m so disappointed in the words that you chose to use but we discussed the message about the creed and I told you I was in the middle of a conversation with another customer. Everything that you bought was packed and sent to you. I don’t even pay attention to the bids, most times I lose money so that is NOT TRUE. You said that you only received a label and you went to the post office. Why would I do that to myself. I believe that maybe someone stole your items or the other box has not delivered yet. But we will find a resolution as soon as possible Thank you for the items that purchased the shipping slow and never received my giveaway that you from you store but thanks you I would like to apologize, if it’s a Saturday show I do not ship out until Monday. My last I had only 3 orders that went out in that Tuesday and it was not yours. I always send out the giveaways, I’m not sure how yours was missed and your shipping was slow. Tracking showed it was stuck in a sorting facility. I waited almost a month until June 25th per the order instructions to reach out to the seller for resolution however they had blocked me. I did not do anything to be blocked only placed an order. I feel this is extremely unprofessional and feel I was scammed. Why else would my order not be delivered and I be blocked??? I would rather have the shoes instead of a refund but had no choice but to put in for a refund due to being unable to speak to the seller. This was a very poor experience and I feel I deserve an explanation.
