Reviews (253)Everything that I got in the mail was great. But I was missing two items. And I messaged the seller first to let her know and she was nice and said she would send them to me. A few weeks had gone by and I still had not received the missing items. I tried messaging her again last week and no response. it's been over a month now. it's unfortunate cause I think she's really nice. but obviously doesn't make it a priority to make things right for her customers. I can't refund now either because I wasn't waiting for the package and now I'm past the refund window. so hopefully I still get them. I don't like leaving reviews like this but I really tried to be kind and reach out the few times I have and it's been just too long now. Quick shipping and package well. There was no safety seal when I opened it the cream was already exposed and the surface looked like someone had dipped into it. It wasn’t even full to the top. I still tried it, (I wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt), but it didn’t absorb at all. Just sat on my skin blotchy like old expired product does. Gross. I messaged the seller privately before leaving a review, hoping she want to fix it. She finally replied and asked for a photo which I was fine to send, but before I could even respond, she blocked me. Seriously?
Instead of actually trying to resolve anything, she started talking about how much she paid for the item, how givvys cost money, and how the product couldn’t possibly be expired. Cool story, except I’m the one who received something that looked and felt used and gave her a chance to do the right thing. She chose to run. Here’s the review she tried to avoid.
