I know I talked to you privately via messages. The only reason we couldn’t refund an order like this was because you opened all of the packs. If you send a photo before we definitely could have cut you a deal. We had no evidence they were opened because you opened them. We run a family run stream and love what we do. We hate you had this experience, and appreciate all of our viewers!! Did nothing to protect the cards so they came completely bent and beat up We handle packages with the utmost care! There might have been a problem where usps damaged and they resealed the package. I just messaged you!!! So sorry you had this experience with us! Was only ship in top loader and card felt out of it
