Very well wrapped, & no damage! Love the Knitten Purchased a confetti dumpling as a gift for my daughter. Item arrived quickly, but upon arrival the dumpling was opened (still inside all manufacturer package tho). It’s like someone checked the dumpling to see if it was the rare or not before sending. A lot of sellers mention “confirmed rares” and I am now wondering if that’s what happened here. Not that I even need a rare, but the whole purpose of the surprise dumpling is ruined for my daughter since she can see what it is without even removing the plastic wrap. There was a whole case of these at Target this morning and I did not purchase knowing I had this item on the way. Now wishing I would have because they were at least in proper condition. I have photos for proof, if needed. The case is also cracked on the bottom. Item was damaged in shipping as buyer stated on the support ticket. Dumplings have not been checked or would be selling them as confirmed dumplings to increase value. I apologize to buyer and refunded all funds. loved every item I got. every item was great quality. the cow has definitely been my favorite supper happy with delivery ans item Sent broken givvy! Thanks anyway!
