Reviews (478)I loved all of the items I purchased! They were exactly as pictured and described. Everything was very clean, well-packaged, and shipped promptly.
One of the items arrived broken, but it was absolutely no fault of the seller. It was wrapped and packaged extremely well. Unfortunately, sometimes breakable items can be damaged during the shipping process despite the best packaging, especially with how much packages are handled in transit. There was no visible damage to the box, so it appeared to be one of those rare situations where something was broken for no obvious reason.
Although the damage was not the seller’s fault, she quickly reached out to apologize once she became aware of the situation, which I greatly appreciated. I am very happy with my purchases and would gladly buy from this seller again. Beautiful items, excellent packing. Thank you!!
