We send everything USPS in line with our guidance from WhatNot. Issues in transit are not in our control but would be happy to make it up to you. Seller either doesn't know difference in his products vs legit products or knows and hopes buyers don't know. Either way I feel cheated and still didn't even get what I wanted. I would return them if I didn't have to burden the cost of shipping materials and gas to deliver it to the post office. Not to mention my kids opened them thinking they were getting the correct item but instead they opened 1 dirty dumpling and a cheap air foamy dumpling.
