I contacted to make them aware for a chance to make it right with the customer. She would not refund me & wanted to argue with me over the pictures that clearly showed the damage. All I did was wash it & the hole became bigger. Had to report it to whatnot for them to agree with me & send me a refund. I have gotten several items from the sellers & very disappointed in their customer service skills & unwillingness to make it right with me as the buyer. Lost me as a customer who referred a lot of people to them & purchased a good amount from them. Sad they choose to do business this way. They won’t be in business long with this type of attitude. I have never reported a single item before an I’ve gotten hundreds of items from this app. You would think they would want to do better. Beware if you buy from them if the items are great or damaged they do not care either way about you as a customer. We’re sorry you feel this way. When you reached out, we went back and reviewed the video receipt from the sale, and the item did not have a hole or visible damage when it was shown and sold. You also told us the sweater had already been washed before contacting us, so at that point we couldn’t know when the damage happened. We sent Whatnot the video and information we had and let them handle the claim from there. We always try to be fair and transparent with our buyers, but we also have to stand behind what our video receipts clearly show. Loved it all! Awesome seller with fast shipping!
