Fast Shipping thank you Was told match holder would have strike pad on bottom :( I felt like most of my box was accurate but I received some candlesticks that were described as painted brass but they were not. These are a composite material with brass gold finish. They weren’t solid brass and you could tell as soon as you picked them up. I did some research just to confirm and the sticker on the bottom confirmed they were composite. Also, one item was broken but I will say I was refunded promptly so that was not a big deal. I think for the most part everything was packaged well and delivery was fast. My biggest issue was that I was unsure if I received everything because the video receipts did not match what I got. It was a little confusing. I know this was a clearance show so that may be why it was like that. I think in the future saying each persons name may help customers verify they received everything especially with a fast paced clearance show like this one was. I would still recommend this seller I just think a few adjustments could improve customer experiThank you for this feedback! The video receipts are all a whatnot feature, sellers have no control over the IT side of things! This feedback would be best for their customer support/IT team. 🙂 Product came damaged and not packed very well at all. Very disappointed when it was an expensive purchase 😢 So sorry you felt this way friend! We spend a ton of money on shipping supplies to try and get everything packed properly.
