I would have much rather been offered a similar replacement than a refund. Shipping also took 10 days I reached out to seller twice about my purchases showing they hadn’t shipped only label created Zero response. I got my shipment today and 2 items was missing one which was going to be NWT very disappointed. I once again reached out to seller and NO response. Thank you Whatnot for quick action in refunding me my missing items will not be using this seller again. 10/10 . highly recommend getting. literally came like new . Great show! Great clothes! Thank you so much!! Some of the items, nwt, are cute and in nice condition. One of the used shirts has several pulls on the front and it’s wearable. Another used item has a lot of easy wear and I won’t wear it. It was kind of a mixed bag. Nice seller though. I only received one of my two items purchased, even though it said both items were shipped together. I tried to contact seller through message with no reply more than once. Plus it took 7 days to ship item not to receive it, to ship it. Very disappointed. Thank you.. unfortunately the strawberry milkshake jacket smelt fairly musty and had some stains on it. I am so happy with my goodies!!! That was such a fun show and I was able to win some bids for my soon to be here niece. everything was so clean and packed nicely!!!
