This was a Character Break, and each purchase was for the assigned slot received, not a guaranteed card. Cards are only received if the assigned slot is pulled during the live break. Unfortunately, your purchased slots were not pulled. This format and the rules were clearly outlined in the show notes and referenced Numerous times throughout the stream. Outstanding Seller!! The card is only received if that specific slot is pulled from the packs during the live break. Unfortunately, the slots purchased were not pulled.
