Beautiful items! Great prices! everything was packaged well. 👍😊Thank you for shopping with me 🩷 Extremely disappointed there’s 3 leaves broken, 4 flowers missing or broken, and the geese bill chipped. I’m unsure why these imperfections and broken parts weren’t pointed out when I asked to look at the item. As we know what not auction purchases are quick and I realize that but the right thing to do would be for sellers to point out any positive and negative points about the products they sell. But it’s even more frustrating that the photo above shows a photo of my item I purchased, but it’s not accurate to what I received. There are no broken pieces on the photo above that shows what I was suppose to get. The product that I received is broken in multiple places. At a $30 price point these things should have been pointed out and I feel deceived that the photo above is a perfect picture of what I thought I was getting, when I received a broken versions of what’s pictured above. I ruled out the pieces breaking during shipping, none of the missing broken pieces were in the shipping boxI’m very sorry you were disappointed with your purchase. I would never intentionally misrepresent an item or knowingly sell something with damage without disclosing it. I truly was not aware of the broken or missing pieces you described, and the photos used were of the actual item as I understood its condition at the time of the sale. Had I noticed those issues, I absolutely would have pointed them out during the live. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention, and I will be even more thorough when inspecting and showing fragile vintage items going forward. Love the basket and florals! Thank you. Packaged carefully and shipped quickly . My mini import HON made it safely! She was packed well and shipped with care. Thank you so much! Great seller, packaged well and fast shipping! Love it all thanks so much! /users%2F70290841%2Fstore%2Fc230441a-ce29-4ff5-837a-1ff4444851c5.jpeg)
