Everything arrived well packed. Will definitely buy again from this seller. Thank you 😊 The Heartland Clock hands are loose (possibly from shipping) and aren’t working when a battery is installed. Beautiful clock though. Going to try to fix it if I can! Other items arrived as expected.
I’m sorry that it wasn’t working when you received it. We did test it live so I would attribute that to damage in shipping. We try our best to test things like this so buyers can make an informed decision. Fabulous glass vase, thank you! Love the moon and stars vase. Hated the sticker that was on it. Difficult to remove and it left a lot of adhesive behind. I’m sure they’re helpful for inventory/sales but maybe you can find a better one with a different adhesive. They’re out there! Also, when I opened my package I was hit with a very strong manure smell. My item was packaged well but the newspaper smelled awful. I had to bag up the packing materials and throw them outside in my trash bin. With high volume sales we have to ensure that we get the orders to the correct buyers. Most stores put price tags on items and they come off easily with rubbing alcohol. I’m sorry you feel that the sticker affected our service to you. It is a messed art evil to ensure the orders get to the right person. Excellent glass packaging and quick ship! Little disappointed with the undisclosed chip on the lid.
