The box was mangled and half open by the time it was delivered. The items inside were not bagged in plastic and the box got wet during transit, therefore the plushies now have an odor. Plus some of them had some stains, will need to wash. Overall a good seller, very friendly just see some areas needed for improvement to be a great seller. loved everything thank youuu🫶🫶 and the keychain was so cuteee tyyy🥹🥹 Good streamer, super friendly, fast shipping!
