Having reviewed the video receipt I’ve been charged twice for the same item you said it was the last taupe in the earlier part of the video and then it looked like it sold again. Also Theres didn’t seem to be the video of my second cardigan. Your customer service is poor as apart from asking for a photo you have not got back to me leaving me to go to whatnot support which I didn’t want to do love the tracksuit so soft thank you x Bought for the first time in this show and requested my colour in the chat 3 times and was ignored. I then messaged and asked if they had my colour noted and still no reply. The item came and it wasn't the colour I asked for. Messaged them and was told I didn't rqe Excellent quality, thanks so much 5 item ordered said they shipped only got 4 over sell now I need to wait wish they messaged me But having said that GORGEOUS ITEMS SENT Really like the 2 items I bought , thank you 😊 size runs a little bit smaller than anticipated. So if you are between sizes e.g. 14/16, I'd suggest going for the bigger size, especially with the bottoms/leggings. Quality wise it is amazing 🫶🏼 Brilliant seller with buy again Thank you for my parcel, everything is perfect 🫶🏼 Beautiful quality clothes purchased multiple times and I know that I will purchase again xx amazing again thank you 😊 Ty so much daughter loved it 🩷 Perfect orders just as described
