Reviews (2,048)Plants had no issues during shipping and looked great! packaging was great and plant came as expected!! The maharani alocasia were bigger than expected! Nice surprise! I got my plants in today. and I'm very excited. I will be back in about some more. but between the order I got today I got some from you just a few days ago that'll be on their way any day. I really like your plants and your show I will tag them all you have a very blessed Seller blocks me over filing a previous claim for 3 dead plants on a prior order. Waits until after selling me two more plants (this order). The box was smashed in and plants removed, minus the invoice. I confirmed with usps that it arrived to my town in the condition. As a sales professional outside of whatnot, as well as owning a plant business with my fiance, I couldn't even imagine doing something like this to a customer. If you can't handle customer service you shouldn't even be allowed to have an account. I won't bother filing a claim for $13, use it for customer service training or therapy. We strongly dispute this review. The customer was not blocked for seeking buyer protection. We chose to end future business after repeated damage claims without the documentation required by our published policies. This order was shipped, and no Whatnot support request was opened regarding the alleged damage or missing plants. Had we received evidence, we could have investigated and pursued a USPS claim. We stand behind our products and remain willing to resolve legitimate issues, but we strongly reject these misleading accusations about our business. Absolutely amazing packing, owners, and plants! Will definitely buy again!
