item definitely runs smaller than 18m. and both bottoms dont clip im disappointed with this item especially since the seller did not point this out.Buyer is a scammer trying to get the item for free to resell. All buttons worked when I shipped the item and the size fit was correct. I even offered to return the item back after they had it for over a week and they called me rude and the worst seller ever. Love the outfit!! Perfect for the summer!!
