Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I was trying to give this seller the benefit of the doubt after being told that she couldn’t find a book I purchased from the bin during a live show however my experience has not been pleasant since. She messaged me saying I could cancel but then couldn’t find my cancellation requests for that and one other book she said I could cancel. She offered to include a book she cancelled for free but upon arrival it was clear she only gave it to me because it was very damaged. I wish I could show pictures in reviews because its condition was terrible. On top of that I bought quite a few books including a pricier blues clues book yet they were packed in just a poly mailer with no padding at all. I always check my books when I get them and while I understand minor flaws in preloved books ripped pages containing the story are not acceptable and were not mentioned prior to purchase. I would not purchase from this seller again. This is the only time I have ever had problems on this app & booksI’m sorry to hear about your issues. I wish you would reach out to me with any issues. So we can work this out. Product arrived in good shape. Fast shipping and packaged well - thank you!! Love purchasing from this seller!
