I received the correct item, but unfortunately the metal sign arrived bent. The box itself was also bent when it arrived, and it appeared that the sign had been placed sideways in the box without enough protection, almost like it had been shoved in. Because it’s a metal sign, I think the packaging needed to take that into consideration.
I think simply wrapping the sign in bubble wrap and then wrapping it like a gift with packing paper and tape would have provided much better protection. The item was essentially loose in the box, which likely contributed to it getting bent during shipping.
Shipping also took longer than expected. I understand that USPS delays are outside of the seller’s control, especially since we are only two states away from each other, but the packaging is something that could definitely be improved. The correct item was sent, but I was disappointed that it arrived damaged due to packaging that didn’t seem well thought out.
