The seller stated in her live that $9.21 max shipping was on and I ended up getting charged $120 for shipping. I have reached out repeatedly over the last week and still have no resolution and hardly any response. Order arrived and my items were not wrapped well at all and one item was completely broken and another was missing a lid. As a seller, you should value your customers and address any issue in a timely manner. This is anything but what I’ve received. Arrived safely and works! Seller also sent some vintage linens which was a lovely added bonus! Thank you for my new love of percolator coffee! shipping took a lot longer than expected, item wasn’t damaged but packaging could have been better. Thank you for the feedback giveaway. It’s lovely! sent in a bubble mailer. not wrapped inside. they are plastic material. not vintage ceramic...but it seems it wasnt listed as such so my mistake. Item exactly as described, perfect condition, well packaged, just as happy with this purchase as my first! Thank you for the giveaway! excellent seller with an excellent show. her assistant is a great kid! all my items are perfect and at reasonable prices. everything was well packed and shipped quickly While the dish was broken in transit, seller was very accommodating and swift with a refund.
