I purchased a duo of Yu-Gi-Oh packs and a starter deck, with an intent to resell. Seller taped the two packs together (acceptable), then wrapped them un one partial USED piece of packing paper, then taped together sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard that were the size of the starter deck box, an placed in a poly bag. No Bubble Wrap, nothing to buffer from the normal handling by the USPS! He claims that he told them (the clerk at the post office) to treat it with care, because it’s fragile. Certainly his command to them travelled all the delivery route, and was heeded by al the postal workers along the way?
The items you do purchase by chance may survive the journey, but the one’s that don’t, you should not expect and refund or replacement from this toxic seller.
