One of my favorite sellers i loved all of my items but one piece of a set was broken. packing was great but nothing was on top of the pitcher that broke to buffer a drop by postal workers. I enjoyed the auction and prices and speedy shipping. a small refund would have been appreciated for the damaged item. My order arrived with 2/3 items broken but I know that is not the sellers fault! The items were as described on the show other than being broken. I could see that the order was carefully packaged with lots of bubble wrap and other materials to try and prevent them from breaking. Unfortunately, things happen during shipping!
