I did tighten the bottles before shipping and the bottles were wrapped in plastic as well! Please message me so I can make it right! one of the bottle qere not tighten for hair shampoo and the entire box was covered and soggy ruined the stuffed animal I got and the bottole I order was nothingness but all over every product Everything was so great.
