I wasn’t expecting so much plastic on the Santa himself I guess. But it is still a nice piece. I just think maybe you might lower the price on these in the first place if they aren’t better quality. I did love the special touch of the card that was sent. It was a very special touch and I’m sure not only myself but all of your customers truly appreciate that. I guess in my head the firefighter Santa was even more ceramic and no plastic was involved. All in all Sam is very kind and the product is still in good shape.
