Please make sure you’re reviewing the right company. Buyer beware. Very suspicious company! Seems like when you hit with them they conveniently forget to ship the high value item. They pray on people forgetting what they ordered/won. When I inquired about my missing item the customer service was awful. Guy went on an ego trip and didn’t do anything to help. It wasn’t until I took it upon myself to call the local post office they used and found out that the package was never dropped off that they mailed it out the next day. So make sure you do your due diligence if you choose to break with them and remember what you’re owed because they sure won’t! Hey Vold, your case you hit on the wheel was hit right before a holiday weekend so it takes 4 days to ship. There was nothing shady going on in those 4 days, the post office was closed so we couldn’t send out the package until it opened.
