Reviews (35)absolutely the worst sale I've ever had on this app! I've never been treated this way by anyone on this app! my plants arrived completely dead, brown, and absolutely LOADED in mealybugs! I reached out to her and told her about it and sent her many pictures.she responded the next day saying she would send out a replacement box immediately and they were like that because she moved etc..well, I waited over a week And NO BOX, sent multiple messages to her asking about it and she completely ignored me for almost two weeks! then finally responded to say she had issues and promised the replacement would be shipped immediately the next morning, saying she'd be at the door B4 they opened! I once again believed her and gave her a chance to make it right. well it's been another almost two weeks and NO REPLACEMENT BOX NO RESPONSE AT ALL from her!! I wish I woulda read the reviews first..dumb me but shame on her for doing this to me and sooo many others! BUYERS BEWARE!!!! I normally give 5 stars for giveys. However there was a delay in shipping the item so I dropped a star there. I might be cautious of ordering in the future while shipping times improve. No seller communication on delay, which would have helped. Won givey on 10/10. Label created on the 10/16. USPS was in posession of item on 10/27. Seller was sweet and engaging during live. Plants don’t look like the healthy ones that were purchased. Look neglected. Arrived 15 days after bought but weren’t shipped until 4 days ago. 3 of them look like they are going to die. Hopefully the other ones with some care and care love will survive. Missing a bottle of spray. Will not ever purchase from this person again Package only contained givy. No plant. Another box from shipper is due to arrive will see if item is in it. Not happy with seller it to way too long for shipment to be sent out I love and appreciate everything! It felt like Christmas. I'll be back! plant is beautiful! Seller is amazing! thank you so much, good looking plants packaged with care, spray works awesome, and thanks the extras This plant was exactly as seen and described online. She packaged everything beautifully. Keep in mind due to the succulents and type of soil it does come lose a bit in the box, so open outside if possible. She makes sure to wrap some plants in wet paper towel to make sure they don't dry out during delivery. Thanks for packaging my little plant with so much care 🫶🏽 Great packaging, beautiful plants, and thanks for the extra goodies. Outstanding communication. I really appreciate your advice. look foreard to your next shows. take care. 2 of the bulbs died but the other one is beautiful and I love watching it grow. The monstera is also beautiful and was packaged really well. The plants come packaged well and she provides good info during the show. Each plant was well packed and secured. I will be back for more beautiful plants, thank you for the givvy!! Ordered on July 17th, package was mailed 9 days later and received on August 1st. 2 weeks waiting, bulbs were packaged in plastic cups taped together with filler and are slimy, a little soft and have a rotting odor upon arrival. I’m glad this was a small order, I am going to try to save them, but I won’t be ordering again. delayed in transit so the plants weren't happy. I hope i can revive rhem Packaging on a givvy drosera was a flimsy cardboard ‘pot’ essentially, the whole box had pieces of fungus gnats. ie. Stray wings, a dried out body with a wing attatched, and a LIVE one on my trandescantia. Another drosera and a givvy for some other flowering plant was rotting? Had slimy black leaves and it was just falling apart in my hands. The only one that looked healthy but was too worried to open completely was the prayer plant that still has the tape over the soil. I bought a few starts and they are beautiful. I was wondering how starts would ship, but they were packaged perfectly! This whole order was a mess. The soil was soaked. Some cuttings were only wrapped in a wet paper towel. Several of my plants arrived dead or with black slimy rotting ends on the cuttings. The plant "cutting" I was sent was dying and had no node on it whatsoever, so it will never grow roots. The sumac tree was DOA. The only thing to survive was the drosera.I would try to work on packaging. Also on where to cut plants to make a cutting. Not all plants are the same when it comes to this. I am only a couple of states away, there isn't any reason this stuff should have died. I order from CA all the time and am in SC and my plants arrive perfectly. I am sorry, but I absolutely requested a refund for everything that died in transit. I hope you can get this all figured out, and it becomes successful for you... right now, as is, I would not recommend.
