Reviews (98)I ordered a bamboo set from her. I really needed the print I ordered. When my package came it had a different print in it. I messaged her, there was never a quick response. She finally messaged back saying oh please let me fix the is I’ll do a switch with the purchase that got my outfit. It never happened. Very frustrating that my messages have since been ignored and she’s been live a few times after this. I hate giving people a bad review, but this was unprofessional. I had to go through what it to get my refund after waiting over a week. First time ordering and it was a great experience. Will be ordering again. Everything arrived quickly a in perfect condition! 🥰 Thank you for the care you take in packaging. Loved the prints thank you so much ☺️ great seller! Item was brand new with no flaws. Thank you 💕💕 Item was adorable and was supposed to be new but it had a few spots on it that Im hoping will come out and its stretched out to be like a 2-3T when its supposed to be 12/18 so I will just have to put it back for my daughter when she can fit it but I dont complain too much unless there is serious issues with something so I dont mind putting it back for my daughter until she can wear it. Unreal. so I reviewed all ur orders and you are very much mistaken. i went though and pulled the sellers/shows i bought them ans it was all new expect 2 items which who to say there were issues as u sent me no pictures. i took ur word n would refund ur money n u keep items. Im appealing every last order so now they will be retracted ur refunds due to the facts its simply not true The bamboo family is strong so ill let each seller knw u are accussing them also and im pretty sure u will be blocked by most we dont like scammers and mam u r trying to scam a small timer wait til the big seller find out TY Spent hundreds of dollars on bamboo from her. 1. I had to message the seller multiple times for my stuff to even ship. 2. When I received the packages over half the bamboo was used with heavy wash wear and SO MUCH staining. Mind you, all bamboo was advertised new with tags. After contacting the seller and she swore she would “make it right”, I now can’t get her to message me back. Had to get a refund from whatnot and they will only refund so many items, not even equaling half of the amount I’ve spent on this seller. Highly disappointed. Again I was reviewing the orders and 100% message u back taking blame. I 100% AM NOT TAKING BLAME NO MORE U ARE OUTRIGHT LYING . Iwrote back you back witj 3 options all leading ubto recieve money back keep bamboo and get extra bamboo. Spending 100s of dollars is quite anstatment when EVERY purchase u didnt pay full price because u were nice and and pleasant Boy was Ibwrong Seller is absolutely WONDERFUL! Would purchase again and again! ❤️ 1000/10 Not what i orderedplease.messaage me so i can fix this issue I never received a half of my boxes and she clearly states in her show that there are top brands like Nike, Jordan and others and not one box that I did receive had any of those brands in it. Also, I purchased individual items besides bundles and I never got those items at all. She promised to send the rest of my items paying for the shipping out of her own pocket, but I have yet to receive anything. Very disappointed.
