USPS lost the package for a while and when it finally arrived one of the plants was in very poor condition. The seller immediately responded and offered to send a replacement, even though it wasn’t their fault at all. The packaging was the best I’ve ever seen for plants - I could tell a ton of time and care was put into making sure every plant arrived safely. 10/10 highly recommend!!
