This is not entirely accurate. When we received your request, we asked for the order number. You have placed multiple orders with us, at varying price points, and we need to make sure we are refunding the correct one. You have not responded with the order number. It is not that we have done nothing. It is that we cannot process your request without that number. Once we receive the number, we are happy to refund you for the item. Thank you!
