Reviews (66)Honestly quite disappointed with this seller overall. I had made a bulk order and not one card was put in a top loader for protection. And these weren’t cheap valued cards too. As a result the most expensive card was completely creased. I first attempted to get this resolved via the whatsnot buyer protection policy, but they redirected me to the seller to resolve the matter. I immediately sent a detailed message with images expecting some sort of cooperation from the seller. The seller later responds back saying to deal with the matter with whatsnot buyer protection policy (which I already did). I explained that I did, and expected some sort of apology for the awful packaging. I messaged again expecting some sort of compensation from the seller but he had COMPLETELY ghosted me. Honestly seemed like a great guy at first, but no attempt or urgency to help me with a horrible situation which he brought upon. PLEASE BE WARNED OF THIS SELLER, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL WHATSOEVER. VERY UNHAPPY👎All cards were verified near-mint live on stream prior to packing. The remaining 4 cards said in this order arrived in flawless condition, making a hard corner crease on a single middle card physically impossible from packaging pressure alone. The buyer demanded a direct refund in DMs and threatened a negative review when instructed to open a standard Whatnot Support claim. This feedback is RETALITORY for declining direct off-platform payouts. We pride ourselves on secure shipping, transparency, and top-tier packaging. Make note of this my beautiful people.
