In 2024 I survived 2 strokes and a heart attack. while I was recovering, I was also a full-time caretaker for a 93 year old Vietnam Navy veteran living with severe dementia and Alzheimer's. I was blessed to be part of his life for 3 years before his passing 2 months ago. After his passing, the family began fighting over the house and now we have to move. We managed to purchase 10 acres in the Arizona mountains and 2 32ft travel trailers to live in while we built our home. that means everything that doesn't fit has to go. I will be selling in almost every category as we downsizing.
