I will say that for $18 with tax and shipping I would have expected more than just one Lulu hair tie. Raffle started at $12 and I only paid $12 to enter. Had I paid more than $12 to enter, as many others did, I would have been even more underwhelmed getting one hair tie. Lesson learned on my part. No shade to the shop or seller, as they offer great items. I just won’t ever enter a raffle again. Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry the consolation prize didn’t meet your expectations. The raffle was structured so every spot received a guaranteed prize, with one grand prize winner, and all bidding was voluntary.
