I understand it’s just a givy, but the card could have been damaged in the mail. Thank you for your review! Givys are weighed at .74oz a top loader makes it go over weight unfortunately and usually causes it to be returned to sender, so they do not come with top loaders (as most of the time they are only commons and uncommon.
