After your first purchase, you let me know the plant had been accidentally overwatered, and I still went out of my way to source another one for you and sold it at a significant discount as a courtesy.
Unfortunately, the replacement package was delayed by USPS, which you acknowledged was outside of my control. You now opened a report stating that I ghosted you. I was at work at the time and responded just a couple of hours later.
