Shipping and packaging were great. Seller is friendly, accommodating, and cooperative. I purchased 2 American Horror Story pops: Holden & Misty Day. Holden came just as described, great condition, and no complaints from me. Misty Day however was just not what I expected at all condition-wise. I decided to give dnemitz an opportunity to try to make things right instead of leaving him a nasty review, and I’m glad I did. He got back to me in really short notice and immediately apologized, took ownership, and asked how he could make it right. I basically paid full PPG on Misty @ $80 and he gave me a 20% refund. Do I think she was worth 80% of PPG…. No. But I appreciate him at least making an effort. In conclusion, I would do business with dnemitz again in the future and I know he’ll be more careful after this.
