They were damaged and even a replacement item for a damaged item was also damaged. one item was broken during shipping so packaging was not good either. would not recommend purchasing fragile items from them. We’ve been trying to get a response from you about trying to make it right, we have always put the customers first and the money second. We can only do so much with packaging, the rest is in the hands of the delivery system. If you do not believe the packaging was up to par, you can submit a refund review with whatnot. Fast shipping I bought a big box of 18 cars and when it shipped they were all just kind of layed in the box. One piece of bubble wrap on the top and that was it. Happy with my purchase just wish there was a little more padding in the box
