Reviews (348)description said uncirculated superb gem and the coin looks pretty good but after closer review it appears to have fine surface scratches from where someone cleaned it and probably won't be able to send itln to get graded which is what my plan was for this coin. I apologize if I missed any of that, but most importantly to me I want the buyer to be happy so I would have been more than happy to do a refund return rather than have an unhappy buyer or a less than stellar review. thank you again for your purchase. this coin is a fine 12 at best, NOT AN EF! I'm sorry that our grading standards seem to be so far apart.But I use p c g s photo grade , and then I knock it down a notch or two to make sure I am not overselling a coin. rather than have a less than 5 point review, I would much rather do a refund and return on the coin.If you are not happy because first and foremost I want my buyers to be happy with their purchase. So I offered to buy the rest of the roll for $14. Seller counter offered $15. I purchased the rest of the roll for $15. Later to find out that seller cancelled my order because wife said that was too cheap. Then messages me offering some penny’s so I will leave positive feedback! But yet this seller lists that he won’t accept cancellations!!! Had he just asked me to cancel my order I would have with no issues! But to go about it the way he did then ask for positive feedback just rubs a buyer the wrong way!! So I will not buy from this seller again and do not recommend anyone else to make purchases either!
