they use fake accounts to run up bids. when I asked if they owned the account of the person running up bids on every item they didn't answer they just banned me. Very shady dishonest people. also if anything in your order is messed up they will do absolutely nothing to fix it. Thank you for providing a pleasant transaction Did not the cup that I wanted. I hope that Im not jumping the gun here by giving 5 stars. So far my first buying experience was good, the shipping should be faster in my opinion, the packaging is fair(product could have used more protection), and the appearance of products met my expectations. I have not been able to use my purchase yet, because I have not had an opportunity to purchase a battery. As we all know that NO Batteries Included these days.I am hopeful that I will not be disappointed.
