Reviews (1,416)my item never arrived. I sent several messages to the seller that went unanswered, whatnot can't assist until the seller does something on their end to initiate a refund or replacement. I'm out over 180 bucks plus I had to go buy a brand new one to complete a job . Complete scammer!! Avoid at all costs, especially anything of value . If I could give lower than 1 star I would. Just common decency to respond to a customer.Hi Swampbilly, we just replied to ur messages and we explained they were sent to our message request folder where all the spam and scams get sent to which is why we dont usually check that folder, but after checking ur USPS tracking info it shows item was "delivered and handed to an individual" which is also why WhatNot couldn't help u w the matter.. if ur saying USPS is lying that's a claim u have to take up w them, we sent the item tracking is proof and it wasnt dropped off like other packages it was actually handed to a person so again sorry ur going thru this but its out of our hands 🫤👍 Was missing the tool with it but great price and fast shipping so highly recommend! Tool was exactly as described, and works great. And what a great deal I got! Great seller!Thank u for ur business and for taking the time to leave a review 🙏🙂 Perfect transaction!
