Reviews (447)I received my package,one of my items was incorrect what I bought,I tried to reach the seller by message so many times with no response, makes me sad because when you buy something is because you like it but instead you received something different no nice. Super fast shipping my purchase was perfect I reached out to the seller several times via messaging and even through a live show to find out when she planned to ship items. No response. It was almost two weeks before the package was taken/dropped off to the post office. Package arrived torn and damaged with clothes hanging out. Clothes arrived dirty, so I am unsure how to rate their condition. Not worth the wait. The show has a great pace not too fast not too slow plenty of cute options great deals unfortunately one of my items was misrepresented in size. I’ll have to get that away. Still it was a great deal and it’ll make a great gift. I just wish it would’ve been the right size. missing an item from my order. I tried to contact seller and she never responded. Sadly I really wanted that item and was hoping for seller response. I guess I should've read the reviews because missing items and lack of response seems to be a common problem with her. oh well, whatnot refunded me. all of the jeans were on great condition! thank you so much Mixed experience. Most items were okay, but there were several unlisted flaws across my orders. The most frustrating part was a Lululemon jacket missing its zipper pull, which wasn't mentioned in the description.
I reached out to the seller to fix it, but got no response. I eventually had to go through Whatnot Support to get help. 😔 Great items, but be careful with the lack of communication and hidden damage. Super quality, quick ship! 10/10 ⭐️
