I reached out to seller and she knew exactly what shampoo I was referring to which she told me to just use. This is not the case at all! I asked because that was the only shampoo I remembered selling in that show. The shampoo was not as thick as most shampoo due to the oils its made with. I myself have used it and it was a great product. I suggested that you try it to see if you liked it. I offered to replace it with other products as well. I would never send bad products, EVER!!!
