There was only one listing photo, so it was difficult to determine whether the damage existed prior to shipping. The item was packaged very well, making it unlikely that the crack occurred in transit. The seller offered a coupon toward a future purchase as the only resolution. Had the damage been disclosed, I would not have paid the price I did. While the crack is not visible from the front, I still feel the item was overpriced given its condition.
