Whatnot wont do anything about it Didn’t receive my complete order I reached out to seller he apologized and was gonna make it right and never did after a second attempt poor customer service in my opinionRefunds take about 5-7 days to return to your bank account. It was initiated the day you realized you were missing 3 cards worth around $20 in total
Sorry for the inconvenience. But rest assured you will get your money back and you get to keep the cards. Sorry about the hassle 😮💨 it appears that the reviews have a certain trend. Bid on a high end card (got it at a great price) and 4 other smaller cards. Guessss whichhhh oneeee is missing 😲 the high end. Sent a message, didn’t respond. The moment i sent a message about a refund, Lord the quickest response I’ve received THUS far. Quick to refund didnt try to ask about the high end and started the refund process right then and there. The cards (dollar cards) I received were properly shipped so cant lie about that. Other than that, READ THE REVIEWS, DONT GET HOED. You said “hey man can I get a refund” then I responded 3 hours later apologizing for the mistake and asked you to send the request.
Like i said we had a new employee mess up the shipments. Unfortunately when you mess 1 up you mess up 2 orders in total and yours was messed up I had another customer message me saying I sent them extra cards and it was the higher end cards that are missing. It was a simple mistake and we are making it right for everyone by giving refunds and letting them keep the product.
This issue won’t happen in the future, you have my word.
- Mato The is POS sent wrong cards from the cards that were shown and purchased in stream. Video receipts do not match cards sent in package. What a POS Bought a couple of cards from this seller and the more expensive cards that I got from him he kept them and only sent me the bs cards over all bad seller and when I requested a refund he only gave me a partial and the cards was worth a lot more then what I spent I even felt bad robbing him and tipped him and he still did me dirty Sorry you didn’t have a good experience with us! We had a mix up with orders during that stream and unfortunately your order was misplaced and it was my fault, I had bad organization when it came to that stream and it threw off a lot. Long story short, made a mistake and definitely learned from it. Offered refunds on every order you placed. You’ll will see your refund in 5-7 business days, it says for you to return the items for a refund. But you can keep them sorry about the inconvenience, want to make sure we make it up to you by letting you keep your money and the cards. ✌️❤️
- Mato Missing cards Zygard full art from opening packs with this streamer.. Was sent bulk and Exs. Cards came bent and damage Sorry you didn’t have a good experience with us! I looked through trying to find your cards but they were sent out so not sure how the mix up happened but we are gonna make it right by refunding every order for you. Should take about 5-7 business days to return to your bank. Really sorry for the inconvenience!
