Thank you. i bought four items bundled and one of them was missing from my box. i put in a request and was very polite in my message. the seller immediately had an attitude saying “i clearly remember putting it in your package” when i never accused her of purposely not. it wasn’t even about the item being missing but about how she handled it. i didn’t appreciate the immediate attitude and i think we should be a bit kinder towards buyers until given a reason not to be.
