After seeing condition and wanting to switch my choice, I was not allowed to switch my pop after making my selection even though condition was shown AFTER I had made my selection. The next auction did not start running yet when I asked to switch either. Not a good way to do business.Im sorry about your experience in my live stream but I could have just cancelled your order if you were not pleased with the condition the reason I dont allow to switch is because I have had problems in the past with customers complaining about switching pops so I do not allow switches to be made although I do allow cancellations if you are not satisfied with your purchase thank you for your honest review but one bad review will not ruin the reputation I have on here I have reached out you already through DM to try to work something out to have this rating removed.
