He was very easy to talk to and I will be buying again :) I was sent some pops that I don’t need nothing related to alien Xenomorph, reach out guy seems like he has no clue of what he’s sending out . Also seen a similar review to this one overall disappointing So I gave it some time for the seller to try to fix before writing this review as I learned from my past experience. Overall not satisfied with the customer service felt like it was hard for me to be noticed and attended to when I did reach out for a resolve. My issue occurred when I was expecting to receive my Werehog Hot Topic Sonic Funko Pop for my personal collection. I don’t knock the delivery time as I know things happen but I received the incorrect item which was a Freddy Funko as Andy which looks completely different from each other but when notified to the seller I was told that ofc there was a mix up but also didn’t like that they went on to mention “Freddys are worth more” after that which idk about anyone else but makes me think 🤔 This was my second official complaint on this app so far. Hope no one else has this experience. Excellent transaction and packed well. I ordered a shikamaru and received a GI Joe.. very disappointed Ty for all the great deals 🤙🏼 nice pieces for the collection.
