Reviews (19,773)good seller I would use again won the giveaway sent me something that was broken.8 It was broken and said it was craftsman but a cobalt came in the box as I sent some pictures out. It’s broken and it’s not crashing. It’s cobalt I would like to see what you guys can do about this. I’m a good customer with you guys so I’d appreciate it if you guys get a hold back of me at 562-412-3797 thank you or let me know. Great Seller!!! Fast Shipping!!! Ratchet was missing selector switch for right and left rotation! Completely useless! Messaged seller and didn’t receive a response! I do believe this was the 3/8 torque wrench from craftsman that I was told worked and had a craftsman lifetime warranty. The tool did not work nor did it have a warranty. I tried taking it to Lowe’s and when they said no, I tried taking it to an Ace Hardware. And was told that this craftsman item is not under warranty. I’ve bought a few things from this seller and I don’t know if it was exactly this purchase Because of their format it’s nothing against that. I kinda like it, but they should have let me know the screwdrivers smelled horrible so I could have opened them outside On video when they spun the ratchet everything seemed to function properly. The ratchet I received some of the teeth are gone. Video showed it had at least 1 latch. Item I received had none. satisfied with all the items Got a bunch of great items at great prices! Will definitely buy from this seller again. Great overall experience!!! Awesome seller on WhatNot! Will be doing more business with them in the future. /users%2F26128969%2Fstore%2F4a2776eb-a3aa-4ff9-b032-2fe5fc1ec70c.jpeg)
