Reviews (478)Received, thank you! Shipping was horrible.This guy seems impossible to please. Looking at other major streamers here, he’s constantly given bad feedback to them all. But please note that the shipping and accuracy he rated as 5 stars. So he received exactly the Funko he purchased and it was not damaged. As for the shipping speed, again we can not control what the post office does in shipping once it’s in their possession. It is not our fault if they send it to your hub and then they re-route it to another hub. Most buyers are mature enough to realize this, especially for a Funko Pop you purchased for $8. Thank you the pops are spot on. The issue was with the shipping. The label was created on the May 29th the day of purchase but the item was not picked up by the post office until June 9th. I did reach out to the seller because I didn't see any movement after the label was created. The seller said it was shipped but the USPS tracking didn't show received. Not sure if the issue was with the seller or USPS. I'm glad the product was on point. Just needs to improve on shipping. Thank you for your purchases. As a streamer themselves, the buyer is aware that once the item is in the possession of usps.. we can not control the speed of which they choose to deliver it. The package was sent the next day. What the buyer is referring to is where usps accidentally mis-sent the package to another state. And as the buyer said the product arrived safely as described and without damage. I’m very disappointed because this comment just seems to be from a streamer trying to sabotage us because they are unable to compete in our level of expert packing or deals. Perfectly protected in the packaging. Great seller. Awesome deals. Highly recommended!! Items came as described, great communication and packaging was very secured .
